Some friends and I booked a tour with Palli Palli, the day came around and the weather was drizzly and overcast. They contacted us to see if we wanted to reschedule, or still go out for the tour, they also offered a full refund if we were unable to find a date to reschedule on.We rescheduled and went out this past Sunday for a 2 hour tour on Langford Lake and it was amazing! The tour included a little lesson and tips and tricks. Our tour guide Dolly was amazing! She was so friendly and answered all our questions, super helpful and even showed us how to do some yoga moves on the board! She took a bunch of pictures of us while out on the lake and sent them to us that evening!If you are thinking of trying out paddle boarding or want to join a tour, highly recommend Palli Palli! Above and beyond customer service and super friendly staff :)

Visiting from Manitoba, we had a great time paddle boarding at Langford Lake. Staff were very helpful, and our rental could not have been easier! Showed up to the lake and our board was ready to go.

Our paddleboard rental experience while in Sooke from Palli Paddleboards was outstanding. Drew was very prompt with dropoff and pickup, and super friendly. Having the boards delivered and picked up at our Airbnb was the ultimate convenience. I highly recommend this service if you are looking to get on the water, get some exercise and do it affordably. What a fabulous way to spend the morning, enjoying a 2 hour guided tour of Langford Lake on a Palli Paddle board. Seamless experience - register and they deliver everything you need to your location - excellent quality paddle board, life jacket, dry bag - all ready and waiting for you when you arrive at your chosen location. Super friendly, excellent, clear communication prior to your tour. First time paddle boarding but won’t be my last! Definitely going to explore more days on the water and different locations with Palli Palli Paddle Boards.

We used Palli Palli paddle boards on a recent trip to Sooke and were super impressed with the service! Great service so easy to use. Drop off was on time and as promised with accessories. Boards and paddles in good condition. Left the boards when time was up and pick up was promptly acknowledged via txt. Would rent again!!!
